Your representatives were on time, fast, efficient, pleasant and good marketers for your company.
I regret that we did not write down the names of the two gentlemen that came and fixed our sliding door latch last friday. Only a small repair was necessary, but we were amazed when they said “no charge for such a small repair.” That is not something that happens very often. The impression they left in our minds will go on for a long time; please give them a commendation.
Whether it is for one of our neighbors in Harbour Village, or one of our architectural clients in the Panhandle, any chance I get to pass along a positve reference for Panama Glass, you can be sure it will be made clear that PANAMA GLASS is FIRST RATE.
